A Retreat for Women Rooted in Nature, Restoration, and Return
Held at MOSAIC Luxury Villa, Jamaica. This experience invites women to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and engage with the land in a way that is both restorative and respectful.
This is not an escape from life, but a return to what sustains it.
Water holds many expressions. It can be gentle, cleansing, and restorative. It can also be powerful and forceful. Held by Water honors both.
This retreat reflects how we are supported by nature, even through moments that feel intense or uncertain, and how, when held with care, we are able to soften, restore, and return to ourselves. What This Retreat Offers
Held by Water is an intimate retreat designed for women who want to:
• Spend guided time in waterfalls and natural spaces
• Rest deeply in a supportive, luxury environment
• Reconnect with themselves through reflection and presence
• Be part of a small, intentional community of women
• Experience Jamaica beyond tourism, held with care
We will have a 12-week Cohort Experience led by Dr. Love Flows, where we walk the MOSAIC Path together and fulfill the prescription of life as medicine!
Awareness creates choice.
Over twelve weeks, we slow down enough to notice the thoughts, patterns, beliefs, and experiences that shape our lives. Through reflection and meaningful conversations, we learn to see ourselves and others with greater clarity and compassion.
This is where transformation begins.
Connection is medicine.
Healing and growth happen in relationships. Together, we create a supportive community where stories are shared, wisdom is exchanged, and authentic friendships can develop.
No one is expected to do this journey alone.
Knowledge becomes wisdom when it is lived.
This experience is not about collecting more information. It is about integrating what we discover into everyday life. Through intention, practice, and support, we begin to align our thoughts, relationships, and actions with the life we want to create.
Over time, life itself becomes the medicine.
Through water, nature, movement, and shared presence, the body remembers what the mind has forgotten. This experience is designed to help your nervous system settle, your breath deepen, and your sense of connection naturally restore without force or performance.

You may be doing everything “right” and still feel tired, disconnected, or quietly overwhelmed. This is a space for women who are ready to pause, soften, and listen inward again. No fixing. No striving. Just room to be supported and to feel yourself return.

This is where the experience becomes something you carry with you. The medicine is not the waterfall, the gathering, or the moment itself. It’s the renewed self-trust, clarity, and grounded wholeness that begins to shape how you live, choose, and relate long after you leave.

Quiet mornings.
Sunlight through the trees.
A gentle stretch before the day begins.
In these moments,
We speak kindly to ourselves,
to each other,
and to life itself.

Water is life.
We listen to her sound and know we've found our rhythm in hers.
We pour libations, from water to wine. Nestled in Mother Earth with Father Time, we flow.
Nothing forced. Nothing rushed. Just us remembering who we are.

Strength and softness together.
Moving with the elements.
Trusting the body.
Finding balance.
Not power over.
Power within.
Peace, harmony, and joy—
this is the energy we carry home.

At the heart of this work is a simple truth: we move through life from fear or from love.
Consciousness allows us to notice which is leading. Fear narrows our capacity for wellness. Love creates space for clarity, connection, and flow. Healing begins when we become aware and choose differently.
Through years of inner work and lived practice, Dr. Tanika Lawrence gradually came to embody Dr. Love Flows. A pharmacist by profession and guide by experience, she learned that healing is not something to force or manage, but something that emerges when life is lived in alignment with the body, the nervous system, and deeper values.
Together with her best friend of more than thirty years, she co-founded MOSAIC Travels—the Movement of Social and Individual Consciousness—creating intentional spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and remember what matters most.
Dr. Love Flows does not offer promises or prescriptions. Instead, she creates environments where clarity, self-trust, and wholeness can naturally return.
At the center of her work is collaboration. Alongside land stewards, creatives, guides, and visionaries, she helps cultivate experiences where healing, growth, and expanded consciousness can unfold through connection, presence, and shared humanity.
Consciousness leads.
Love flows.
Life becomes the medicine.

Through more than thirty years of friendship and shared vision with Dr. Tanika Lawrence, Theresa has become an integral part of the heart behind MOSAIC Travels. As co-founder of the Movement of Social and Individual Consciousness, she helps transform ideas into experiences through thoughtful planning, coordination, and unwavering care.
Over time, she has come to embody the quiet strength that allows others to rest. While much of her work takes place behind the scenes, her presence is woven into every gathering, retreat, and experience.
Through attention to countless details, she creates the conditions that allow people to feel welcomed, supported, and free to simply be.
From that place, hospitality becomes an expression of love in action. Together with her lifelong friend, she helps cultivate intentional spaces where connection, presence, and shared humanity can flourish.
Her gift is not found in the spotlight, yet she is fully seen in the way she holds space behind the scenes—with grace, devotion, and a deep understanding that healing often unfolds when people feel genuinely cared for. Through her steady presence, people can settle, soften, and experience the comfort of being gently held by the environment around them.

Since the very first retreat held at MOSAIC Luxury Villa in the spring of 2023, Irijah has been a steady and nurturing presence within the home. Through years of devoted service, heartfelt hospitality, and her offerings of sound baths, yoga, and meditation, she has become an essential part of the experience guests have come to know and cherish.
Over time, she has come to embody the spirit of care that lives at the heart of MOSAIC. Through thoughtful preparation, attentiveness, and quiet acts of kindness, she helps transform a beautiful villa into a place where people can truly exhale, reconnect, and feel at home.
As an official co-host, Irijah now journeys alongside guests from beginning to end, sharing in the experience each day. More than providing hospitality, she helps cultivate spaces where presence, connection, and restoration can naturally unfold. Through movement, stillness, and sound, she gently invites others to slow down and return to themselves.
Her gift is found in the simple yet profound ways she helps others feel welcomed, cared for, and seen. She understands that healing often happens through moments of comfort, belonging, and genuine human connection. Through her warmth, dedication, and calming presence, guests are invited to experience what it means to be lovingly held by the space around them and by the community journeying alongside them.

If you want to go far, go together.”
